We operate in the historic plant of Cancello ed Arnone in the province of Caserta, where buffalo milk - filtered, purified and subjected to slow pasteurization to preserve its nutritional characteristics - is transformed into mozzarella, ricotta and other delicacies, following the specifications of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP and Ricotta di Bufala DOP, in addition to the most advanced quality standards.

We proudly preserve the manual stretching of the pasta until it reaches the ideal consistency, to then proceed to the mechanical shaping and cutting into pieces of various sizes.
